I had such a lovely experience at the MAC store in Nexus Mall, and I genuinely felt it deserved a review. A big shoutout to Rishi, who assisted us—he was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, he patiently listened to our concerns, really understood our skin, and helped us find the exact shade that suited us best. What stood out the most was how comfortable he made us feel—there was no pressure at all to buy anything. He encouraged us to try the products properly, take our time with them, and decide only if we truly liked them, which is honestly so rare in cosmetic stores. He was kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel rushed or forced. He even gave us a generous number of samples for the products we bought, which was such a thoughtful touch. Because of people like him, this MAC store truly stands out, and it’s a place I’d happily return to again and again. MAC (and any brand, really) should value and appreciate employees like Rishi—he made us feel confident, comfortable, and cared for, regardless of whether we were buying or not.
