Had a bit of a mix-up with my previous purchase Likitha had given me the wrong shades for my foundation, concealer, and compact. I revisited the store, and the experience completely turned around. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, took the time to try multiple shades on me, and helped me find the perfect match. A big thank you to Sanjana and the store manager Wajeed for the excellent customer service really appreciate the effort and care!
