I had such a wonderful experience at the MAC store in Nexus Mall, thanks to the amazing staff, Naveed, who helped me through out. He was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire session. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just recommend products, he actually taught me how to use them. He applied the makeup on one half of my face and then guided me step by step as I applied it on the other half myself. He also helped me choose products that genuinely suited my skin and features, and I absolutely loved the final look. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I would definitely give this store 5 stars! The main reason I came back for a second visit was because of Naveed. He has an incredible amount of knowledge about both makeup and skincare. I have oily, acne-prone skin with acne scars and enlarged pores, and I had absolutely no idea where to begin with makeup. My main concern was finding products that would give me good coverage without looking heavy or patchy. Naveed patiently assessed my skin and recommended the perfect MAC skincare and makeup products that genuinely suited my skin type. One issue I’ve always had is that every skin tint or foundation I’ve used would oxidize after a couple of hours, leaving my face looking grayish and darker than my natural skin tone. Thanks to his expertise, that problem was completely solved. His hands are truly magic! Not only did he help me choose the right products, but he also took the time to teach me how to achieve a flawless everyday makeup look. He explained how to prep my skin properly, apply foundation, blend blush naturally, and even showed me how to use a lip liner correctly. I never expected such personalized guidance during a store visit.
