I visited MAC Orion today, and I honestly had such a good experience. The staff, Jaya ma’am, was incredibly kind, patient, and generous. She didn’t judge me based on my looks, outfit, or appearance. She genuinely took the time to understand what I wanted, suggested products for me, and even tried them on me. I told her that I would be purchasing the product tomorrow because the offer is valid until tomorrow. She was completely understanding and still took the time to help me and try the product on me. She truly did her best, and I really appreciated that. Before going today, I was actually wondering whether I should visit at all because my previous experience at the same store with Saima was not good. During my previous visit, Saima only tried one product on me because she knew I would be purchasing that particular product. When I asked her to try a foundation on me, she refused. I didn’t even receive a carry bag. I strongly believe every customer should be treated equally, regardless of their billing amount, physical appearance, or outfit. Customer service should be about making every person feel welcome and respected. Today, Jaya ma’am completely changed my experience. She treated me with so much warmth, patience, and respect, and she made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. She even suggested me what brushes I need to use . She made so comfortable. Thank you, Jaya ma’am, for doing such a wonderful job and for making today’s experience so much better. ❤️
