This was my first MAC store experience and I am sad that I did not try it earlier! Loved Mona’s service. Mona ensured I get the right shade (I was in between shades due to my tan fading away). I was also told about the lipsticks that might suit my skin tone - this was the first time I got a brown nude and I am very happy with how it looks on my skin. There was some OTP delay during my payment process and Mona was patient throughout even though it was a busy weekend. Overall very happy with the in-store experience today!
Went to the store with a friend today and was mesmerised by Mona’s service. Mona was very patient and ensured we get the right shade of foundation and even informed us about all the running offers.
