We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible cosmetic products. If you feel that the products you have received from our store do not meet this commitment, or you changed your mind, simply return the unused product and we will refund you with the full amount of the purchase price. In accordance with global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products which appear to be opened, tried, or used. We will not accept returns of products if their complete packaging, labels or stickers are missing. We will accept returns of any products received by you in a damaged or faulty condition and offer you a full refund of the purchase price. All orders, including faulty or damaged products must be returned within 15 days of receipt of our order. If any purchase also had a gift(s) or sample(s) with it, return of the product will be accepted only along with the gift(s) or sample(s) received with it.
