Mac cosmetics hilite offers a good variety of products, the service of the outlet is excellent, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful not to forget takes a very professional approach. They always have a smile on their faces while attending people. Faizal the make up artist is a very passionate, pleasant and friendly person who takes very good care of customers. Overall the experience at Mac is awesome. The only difficulty I faced is during the weekends the events at the mall makes it very troublesome due to the loud noise.
I visited the MAC store in Hilite Mall on August 10, 2024. Initially, my plan was to buy just a foundation, but I ended up purchasing 6 to 8 products because of the excellent service. The staff member, Sreerag, was very helpful in selecting the right shades for me and showed me how to apply them, which helped my confidence in using MAC products for a natural makeup look. I highly recommend getting a makeup demonstration at the MAC store in Kozhikode; the staff are great at explaining which products will work best for your skin type.
